- Owned three platform modules end-to-end — Order Manager, Audit Logs, Payout Requests — driving design, stakeholder alignment, and delivery as the sole engineer responsible for each.
- Led the migration from polling to WebSockets + TanStack Query across transactions, balances, holdings, assets, intents, and investors — bringing real-time sync between admin actions and investor dashboards to a fintech surface where data freshness is non-negotiable.
- Drove platform-wide observability adoption — OpenTelemetry tracing + structured logging across ledger adapters, microservices, and BullMQ job flows — making opaque production issues debuggable in a fintech context where customer-side logs were off-limits.
- Set the platform's testing direction — schema-driven E2E framework adopted across teams, cutting per-test boilerplate ~30–40%, CI/CD execution to ~30 min, and unlocking horizontal scaling of E2E coverage.
- Led the dev-loop overhaul — replaced per-package build scripts with an HMR-based local workflow, dropping cluster image build from ~3 min to <30 sec for the engineering team.
